Marguerite Sullivan is a native Atlantan. Marguerite has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Her expertise is strength training, Yoga, Pilate's, weight management, and stress management. She has experience in road biking and distance running. She is an AFAA examiner, AFAA pilates presenter, certified Zumba instructor, and is certified by SCW in Fitness Eductaion, Sports, and Nutrition and a licesing provider CPR Instructor for American Red Cross. She will develop a program to suite your specific health issues and personal goals.
She has specialized for 18 years in corporate fitness through her Ladies and Guys in Motion Aerobic and Personal Training Group. It's very important to have a healthy work place involving health and fitness in the work environment. This improves the quality of the workplace for the employees and results in less call in and less stress for employees.
